An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Ship Street, Hamblet Avenue, Sloop Street and Murtaw Street by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks six (6) feet wide with wood curb and gutter on both sides thereof from the south line of Ship Street at Railroad Avenue to the south line of Schooner Street, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
