An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local sub-sewer improvement district No. 10 for the construction of a sub- sewer on Burke Avenue between a point 117 feet southeasterly from the center line of Broadway to the center line of First Avenue, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 750 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
