An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Crawford Street between the east line of Sixth Avenue and the east line of Eighth Avenue by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing cement walks six (6) feet wide with wood curb and gutter on both sides thereof between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said improvement.
