An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve the north side of Mohr Street between the east line of Railroad Avenue and the west line of Eastern Avenue by constructing a wood sidewalk six (6) feet wide thereon between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
