Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Second Avenue between the north line of Ballard Avenue and the south line of Leary Avenue in the City of Ballard, thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment therefor.
