An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Jefferson Place between the easterly line of Ballard Avenue and the westerly lien of Leary Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment therefor.
