An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 94 for the improvement of First Avenue between the north line of Ship Street and the south line of Brig Street and Brig Street between the west line of First Avenue and the west line of Langridge Avenue, under Ordinance No. 766, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
