An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 98, for the improvement of Times Street between the east line of Main Street and the west line of Railroad Avenue, under Ordinance No. 793, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
