An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of First Avenue between the north line of Ship Street and the south line of Brig Street, and Brig Street between the west line of First Avenue and the west line of Langridge Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
