An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of local sub-sewer improvement district No. 14 for the construction of a sub-sewer on Albertson Street from a point on the center line of Albertson Street 373 feet east of the center line of First Avenue to the center line of First Avenue, in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 802, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
