An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 99, for the improvement of Barnes Avenue between the west line of First Avenue and the south line of Broadway, under Ordinance No. 809, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
