An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 102, for the improvement of the east side of Second Avenue between the northerly line of Leary Avenue and the southerly line of Broadway, under Ordinance No. 816, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
