An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Shilshole Avenue between the west line of Main Street and the east line of Fourth Avenue by clearing, grubbing, grading and constructing wood sidewalks and planking a roadway 20 feet wide between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of the said cost and expense, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 107.
