An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the fifth annual installment to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 85, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 722 for the improvement of North Main and Ship Street under Ordinance No. 664, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 706, and providing for the collection thereof.
