Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Barnes Avenue between the west line of First Avenue and the south line of Broadway in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
