An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Second Avenue between the northerly line of Leary Avenue and the southerly line of Broadway, in the City of Ballard fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvements, in payment therefor.
