An Ordinance granting to Ballard Electric Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, a franchise to install and operate electric appliances within the City of Ballard for the purpose of supplying electric light, heat and power, and to erect poles with cross arms and to stretch wires thereon in, over, upon and across the streets, alleys and public places of the City of Ballard, for the transmission and distribution of electric current and repealing Ordinance No. 563 of the ordinance of the City of Ballard.
