Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement for Ship Street between the west line of Fifth Avenue and the east line of Sixth Avenue in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
