An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 105, for the improvement of Spring Avenue "D" street and "E" street on the east side of Spring Avenue from the north line of "G" street to the north line of Mohr Street; on both side of "D" street from the east line of Spring Avenue to the west line of Eastern Avenue and on both side of "E" street from the east line of Spring Avenue, to the west line of Eastern Avenue under Ordinance No. 868, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
