An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Ship Street, Hamblet Avenue, Sloop Street and Murtaw Street from the south line of Ship Street at Railroad Avenue to the south line of Schooner street in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
