Abstract

An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve North Street, Eighth Avenue, Tenth Avenue and Ship Street by grubbing, grading and constructing cement sidewalks six feet wide, on both sides of said streets, North Street between the west line of Seventh Avenue and the west line of Tenth Avenue; Eighth Avenue between the north lien of North Street in Sander's Addition and the south line of North Street in Prospect Beach Addition; Tenth Avenue from the north line of North Street to the south line of Ship Street, and that portion of Ship Street beginning with east line of Tenth Avenue, thence west southwesterly between blocks I, 9 & II of Prospect Beach addition and ending at the easterly line of Seaview Avenue, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
