An Ordinance authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Spring Avenue, "D" Street and "E" Street on the east side of Spring Avenue from the north line of "C." Street to the north line of Mohr Street; on both sides of "D" Street from the east line of Spring Avenue to the west line of Eastern Avenue and on both sides of "E" Street from the east line of Spring venue to the west line of Eastern Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
