An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 101, for the improvement of Crawford Street between the east line of Sixth Avenue and the east line of Eighth Avenue, under Ordinance No. 815, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
