An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 15 for the improvement of Times Street from a point 278 feet east of the east line of First Avenue to the center line of Second Avenue, under Ordinance No. 877, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
