An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 108, for the improvement of North Street between the east line of Railroad Avenue and the west line of Spring Avenue, under Ordinance No. 874, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
