Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Crawford Street between the east line of Sixth Avenue and the east line of Eighth Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
