An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Ballard to improve Post Street between the west line of Sixth Avenue and the east line of Tenth Avenue, and Eighth Avenue in Sanders Addition and Prospect Beach Addition between the south line of Prospect Street in Sander's Addition and the north line of Post Street in Prospect Beach Addition by grubbing, grading and constructing cement sidewalks on both sides of said streets between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement.
