An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Post Street between the west line of Sixth Avenue and the east line of Tenth Avenue, and Eighth Avenue in Sander's Addition and Prospect Beach Addition, between the south line of Post Street in Sander's Addition and the north line of Post Street in Prospect Beach Addition by grubbing, grading and constructing cement sidewalks on both sides of said streets between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement included within the Improvement District, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 113.
