An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local sub-sewer Improvement District No. 17, for the improvement of North Street from a point 15 feet east of the east line of Third Avenue to the center line of Second Avenue, under Ordinance No. 895, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
