An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local sub-sewer Improvement District No. 16, for the improvement of East Wilbert Street from a point 280 feet west of the west line of Main Avenue to the center line of Spring Avenue, under Ordinance No. 886, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
