An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Times Street from a point 278 feet east of the east line of First Avenue to the center line of Second Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
