An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sub-sewer on Crawford Street from a point on the center line of the alley in Block 3, Brygger's Second Home Addition, 293.5 feet west of the west line of Eighth Avenue, thence across Eighth Avenue and east along the center line of Crawford Street to the main sewer at Sixth Avenue, in the City of Ballard, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said sub-sewer and providing for the payment of said cost and expense, and establishing a sub-sewer district No. 19.
