An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of North Street from a point 15 feet east of the east line of Third Avenue to the center line of Second Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
