An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local sub-sewer Improvement District No. 18 for the improvement of Crawford Street from the west line of Third Avenue to the center line of Sixth Avenue, under Ordinance No. 902, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
