An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installment to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 98, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 793 for the improvement of Times Street under Ordinance No. 793 in accordance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 823 and providing for the collection thereof.
