An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the first annual installment to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 96 issued under authority of Ordinance No. 786, for the improvement of North Street under Ordinance No. 786 in accordance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 824 and providing for the collection thereof.
