An Ordinance levying a special assessment to redeem the second annual installment to mature and become payable upon the bonds of Local Improvement District No. 78, issued under authority of Ordinance No. 719, for the improvement of Polk Street and Fifth Avenue under Ordinance No. 621, in accordance with the assessment roll of said district, approved by Ordinance No. 699, and providing for the collection thereof.
