An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 110 for the improvement of Seventh Avenue, in the City of Ballard, between the north line of State Street, and the south line of North Street, under Ordinance No. 894, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of lands as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
