An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Crawford Street between the west line of Third Avenue and the center line of Sixth Street, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
