An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 107, for the improvement of Shilshole Avenue between the west line of Main Street and the east line of Fourth Avenues, under Ordinance No. 850, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land, as shown by said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
