An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local sub-sewer Improvement District No. 19 for the construction of a sub- sewer on Crawford Street from a point on the center line of alley in Block 3 Brugger's 2nd Home Addition 293.5 feet west of the west line of 8th Avenue, thence across 8th Avenue under Ordinance No. 929, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
