An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Seventh Avenue between the north line of State Street and the south line of North Street in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
