Abstract
An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Third Avenue between the south line of Broadway and the south line of Ballard Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
