An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue local improvement bonds for the improvement of Third Avenue North between north line of Ship Street and the south line of Sloop Street, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contracts constructing the improvement, in payment thereof.
