An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue sub-sewer local improvement bonds for the improvement of Crawford Street from a point on the center line of alley Block 3, Brygger's 2nd Home Addition 293.5 feet west of the west line of 8th Avenue, thence across 8th Avenue, and east along the center line of Crawford Street to the main sewer at 6th Avenue, in the City of Ballard, fixing the denomination of the bonds and interest thereon and authorizing their delivery to the contractors constructing the improvement in payment thereof.
