An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Second Avenue from the south line of Leary Avenue to the south line of Ship Street, by regrading and constructing asphalt roadway forty-six (46) feet wide between curbs, including brick gutter and granite curb, also by constructing cement sidewalk ten (10) feet in width on the West side of said Second Avenue between the south line of Broadway and on both sides of said avenue, between the north line of Broadway and the south line of Ship Street and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construct on of said improvement included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District NO. 117.
