An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 21 for the construction of a sub-sewer on the center line of East State Street from a point 280 feet West of the west. line of Main Avenue to the under Ordinance No. 973 and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
