An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue between the Northerly line of Shilshole Avenue and the South line of "C" Street produced West to the West line of said First Avenue, by grading and constructing a plank roadway twenty feet in width being ten (10) feet on each side of the center line of said Avenue and between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement, included within the Of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.Improvement District, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 120.
