Abstract

An Ordinance granting to The Seattle Electric Company, its successors and assigns, a franchise to construct, maintain and operate street railway extensions connecting with its present street railway system, and extending over certain parts of Railroad Avenue, Fourth Avenue, Crawford Street and other streets, avenues and places in the City of Ballard.
