An Ordinance confirming and approving the assessment roll of Local Sub-sewer Improvement District No. 23 for the construction of a sub- sewer on Post Street from a point 278 feet East of First Avenue to the Second Avenue main sewer in the City of Ballard, under Ordinance No. 990, and assessing the amount thereof against each parcel and lot of land as shown by said roll and providing for the collection thereof.
